The California Institute For Women in Chino wants to start a new day care program. They are hoping that the incarcerated mothers will get to care for and live with their children while in prison.

Doesn't sound like a good idea to me. Part of jail is the loss of certain freedoms, and parenting should be one of those lost without a doubt.

I'd be willing to bet the bars are a little more heavy duty than these!
