On the show tonight…

Your Douglas Diaries has the President’s medical results, an obituary, and the solution to the game of checkers has been discovered (thank God somebody was working on that).

Then, a controversial new treatment for hyperactive children has one kid swinging from the ceiling in a cocoon-like swing. I’m not so sure a swift spanking wouldn’t cure what’s ailing him. I’ll talk about YOUR KID-The Brat (you know if you’re the parent I’m talking about).


In the second hour, golfer Gary Player has said there is steroid use in golf and is advocating random drug testing. Tiger Woods is behind it as well. How much would steroids help a golfer? I’m not sure, but I am sure that condoning steroid use in the profession sends the wrong message: That the ends count more than the means. I’m not willing to be part of that message.
