Then, I am not trying to jump on the American Idol bandwagon to get attention, but this last week's episodes have created a great deal of controversy.

Remember this guy?

I bet he would have been made fun of on national television for his fame and fortune that followed! We'll use American Idol to talk about the larger picture of telling people what they need to hear. For example, telling someone they aren't a good singer. What kind of friend would you want, one that lies to you or tells you the truth?

I like being up-front and honest even if it's not what people like to hear. See the tryouts for Kenneth Briggs and Jonathan Jayne by clicking on their names. If they were your friends would you tell them what sexy singers they were?

Along the same vein, the six most annoying things kids say and "how to deal with them" at least according to one expert. Wait till you hear these techniques--lame. I have one thing that does and would work in all of those situations, and it's called a spanking.

Plus, Barak Obama may have a major problem in his bid for the oval office. One problem is the association of his middle name which just happens to be Hussein. Plus, the Clinton investigators have discovered he may have tried to hide parts of his Muslim past. How do you feel about voting for a Muslim man when America is at war with a sect of that religion?
